Unsigned Wills

In a recent case, Bell Lax acted for the beneficiaries of the deceased, who had passed away before signing a will, which left our clients significantly more than the previously signed will.  The solicitors had delayed in obtaining the deceased's signature on the will, and were therefore negligent.

Bell Lax pursed a claim on a "no win, no fee" basis against the solicitors to recover the difference, and settled the case successfully for our clients.
