When a Deceased lacked mental Capacity when drawing up a Will

The deceased had signed a will leaving almost everything to his partner, largely excluding his adult children with whom he was on good terms and who cared for him in his old age.

The circumstances surrounding the execution of the will were somewhat suspicious, especially given that the deceased suffered with Alzheimer’s disease and had demonstrated significant memory issues throughout his recent medical history.
