A recent testimonial from a client was as follows:
Dear Saira,
We have travelled a long journey together over 3 plus years, sometimes emotional and times when I didn’t think I could carry on but one phone call speaking to you gave me the strength to keep going. I think it was the friendly confidence in your voice.
You got me the answers I needed; that mistakes were made and the care that was received was inadequate, and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
You are a truly lovely person and again thank you.
Best wishes to you and your team
