Ben completed his GDL in Law and LPC at The University of Law in 2022, after gaining a 2:1 in History at the University of Exeter.
Ben is currently part of our Commercial Litigation team, assisting with a variety of commercial disputes including;
- Complaints to the Financial Ombudsman
- Contentious probate
- Professional negligence
- Contract disputes
- Eviction and possession
- Debt recovery
Ben also assists in our family team with a range of cases including cohabitation, child arrangements, and divorce.
Ben has gained valuable experience at other local law firms and as a summer intern with the Ministry of Justice at Birmingham Magistrates Court.
In his free time Ben enjoys sports including ultimate frisbee and pickleball. He also has a growing collection of football shirts from his travels.
