Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive (Claimant)
We are currently recruiting for a driven and able Claimant Personal Injury solicitor, legal executive or experienced paralegal with 2 - 4 years of experience on litigated files, to join our busy and growing Personal Injury team. Applicants need to be able to handle a substantial case load and deal with both litigated and non-litigated fast-track claims including MOJ fixed-fee matters. Experience in running a mixed case load, which includes EL, OL, PL and RTA type cases, is essential. The successful candidate can expect to handle an interesting and challenging caseload, seeing cases through from start to conclusion, including some cases to trial. The successful candidate will receive excellent supervision, and will be working as part of a friendly and successful team. We are currently recruiting for a driven and able Commercial Litigator of 1-3 PQE, with at least two years of commercial disputes experience, whether as part of their training contract or following qualification. The successful candidate will be able to handle, under supervision, a substantial, interesting and diverse caseload of cases of reasonable complexity and value. These cases could include breach of contract claims, contentious probate, professional negligence work and some insolvency litigation.
The successful candidate will be involved at all stages of cases, from the initial Letter of Claim or Letter of Response through to trial in some cases, and mediation/settlement in others. He or she will also assist senior fee earners with complex and high value disputes, including a number of claims proceeding in the Chancery Division, emergency injunctions and winding up petitions. He or she will receive high quality supervision, and will be working as part of a friendly and successful team.
