Sehra is a solicitor who specialises in all aspects of family law. She advices and assists our clients on:-

- Complex divorce issues
- Co-habitation disputes between unmarried couples
- Separation in civil partnerships
- Finances, including the family home, vacation properties, investment properties, pension sharing orders, investments and company shares.
- Children matters, including visitation and ongoing financial aspects.

Sehra Tabasum obtained a First-Class Honours Law Degree and a Commendation on the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course at The University of Law qualifying as a Solicitor in 2017. A specialist Matrimonial Lawyer, she was appointed to the Law Society Family Panel in September 2018 and the same year became a Member of Resolution.
Sehra has extensive experience in all aspects of Private Family Law such as, but not limited to, Divorce and Ancillary Relief, Cohabitation Disputes, Child Arrangements including relocation cases both internal and external, Adoption and Domestic Abuse.
Sehra is a keen advocate and seeks to provide her clients with a bespoke service where she will conduct most of the advocacy herself including representing her clients at finding of fact and contested final hearings where possible.
Sehra sees herself as a role model for other women wanting to enter the legal professional and is keen to give something back to the community. As a Family Solicitor she hopes that she can use her knowledge and experience to help people from different backgrounds across the West Midlands region.
In addition to English, Sehra can speak Urdu and Hindko.
In her spare time, such as there is, Sehra enjoys learning about other cultures and spending time with family and friends.
