All your contacts, solicitors, phone numbers, email addresses and so on will stay the same, as will our dedication to help all our clients with their legal matters.
Legally, from 1 August 2011, Bell Lax Limited will be our formal title on letters, cheques, invoices and other stationery. Could you please amend your records accordingly.
Unless you object, all contracts and amounts payable will be transferred to Bell Lax Limited. We confirm that Bell Lax Limited accepts and assumes all responsibilities rights and obligations of the partnership under all continuing agreements and will continue to keep confidential all files and confidential information received by us. If we do not hear otherwise, we will assume that this is agreed and that all references to Bell Lax in our agreements and Client Care Statements and other terms of business will apply to Bell Lax Limited from now on.
We confirm that Bell Lax Limited continues to be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Our SRA number is 561613. Bell Lax is a trading name of Bell Lax Limited.
