Wioleta Dworak

Trainee Solicitor

Wioleta graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a First Class degree in Law and a Distinction in Professional Practice Vocational Training.  As part of her degree she worked for a large personal injury firm in London working on Road Traffic Accident claims and developed her passion for personal injury work.

Throughout her degree, Wioleta was invested in her legal career and developing the skills set which would enable her to become a successful litigator. She has participated in and won several national advocacy competitions.

Wioleta’s passion for personal injury work is driven by the desire to help people when they are at their most vulnerable.  Throughout her degree she worked on several pro-bono projects including the Miscarriages of Justice Project and Legal Advice Centre, providing free legal advice to those who could not afford it and needed it the most.

Wioleta has since graduated from the University of Law obtaining a Distinction on her Legal Practice Course and Masters in Legal Professional Practice.  To further her litigation knowledge, Wioleta went on to study commercial dispute resolution, employment law and personal injury and medical negligence.

Joining Bell Lax enabled Wioleta to continue specialising in litigation work and more specifically, personal injury work.  She is currently working on complex, high value cases with the Head of our Personal Injury Department, Stuart Andrews.

The cases Wioleta is working on at Bell Lax include:

  • Accidents on the Road;
  • Accidents at Work;
  • Injuries arising from faulty products;
  • The negligence of doctors, dentists and other medical professionals;
  • Slips, trips and falls;
  • Accidents resulting in death.

Outside of work, Wioleta enjoys fitness, cooking and socialising with family and friends.  She is an animal lover and enjoys dog walking and training.
