Sandra joined the firm in September 2009 to help us expand our growing relationship dispute department.
Sandra read Business Law at Coventry Polytechnic before going to Chester College of Law.
Sandra qualified in 1990 and undertook both family and civil litigation work. In 1995, she decided to specialise in family and relationship law and has continued to specialise in this area.
Her expertise covers Pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and when relationships breakdown divorce, financial settlements and Separation Agreements.
Within the breakdown of relationships Sandra has also represented many parents to achieve a success resolution over disputes relating to contact issues and with which parent the children should reside.
She has taken two cases to Appeal to the Court of Appeal and more recently in 2009 has successfully appealed a case to the High Court.
