Aimee read law at De Montfort University and graduated in 2017 with a First Class Honours. She then continued to study the Legal Practice Course, obtaining a Distinction in 2018.
While undertaking her LPC, Aimee developed a keen interest in litigation. Choosing to study personal injury and family law, she enjoys the interesting and challenging work carried out by specialist litigation firms.
Aimee’s previous experience in conveyancing and immigration law has given her the ability to empathise with clients at often very stressful times in their lives, while also making sure they achieve the best possible outcome.
In July 2018, Aimee joined Bell Lax as a Litigation Support Lawyer where she works in the accident and injury team. She strives to help clients recover all of the compensation they deserve. Aimee chose Bell Lax as she wanted to be part of a team that gives their clients sensible and easy to understand advice
Outside work, Aimee helps provide care for her grandfather and annually raises money for the Alzheimer’s Society. She enjoys travelling and history, often combining the two by visiting sites of cultural and historical interest.
